Tani L. Eyer, was born and raised in Crawford County, Ohio. After graduating from Colonel Crawford High School, she attended The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Tani worked at the Crawford County Department of Job and Family Services for many years determining eligibility for Medicaid as well as other public assistance programs. She started her own Medicaid consulting business where she helped individuals in nursing homes protect their hard-earned assets and qualified them for Medicaid. Her passion for helping others, particularly the elderly, motivated her to go to law school.
Tani earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Claude Pettit College of Law, Ohio Northern University. While attending law school, Tani was actively involved in the Student Bar Association and served as Sergeant of Arms. She was also a member of the Public Interest Law Association and served as Treasurer.
Tani has always enjoyed helping the elderly and the focus of her legal practice is Medicaid qualification, asset protection, estate planning, probate, and guardianships. She is a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar Association and the Crawford County Bar Association where she currently serves as President. She is also a fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and serves on the OSBF Development Committee. She also serves on the board of Crawford Works and is a member of the Bucyrus Rotary Club.
