Leuthold of Crawford County Common Pleas Court for violating a gag order in in the high-profile Galion murder case of State of Ohio v. Fred and Marla Saunders after comments of his maintaining his clients’ innocence were published in a recent edition Richland Source.
Upon being informed of the court’s desire to hold a contempt hearing, Attorney Stone waived his right to a full hearing, defense, and right to call witnesses on his own behalf. The courts proceeded to a hearing, at which time he admitted to the violation and took full responsibility for the comments that were made.
