Our firm is excited to announce that our founding partner, Attorney Adam Stone, has been selected to the 2019 Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ list. This is his second year of receiving this award. His knowledge of the legal system, tenacity in the courtroom, and passion for protecting his clients’ rights and interests makes him a fierce legal advocate. We are honored to work with such a successful and distinguished attorney, and congratulate him on this accomplishment.
About the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ List
Super Lawyers® is a third-party attorney rating organization. The Super Lawyers® list is used by attorneys and clients as a resource to determine the most reputable, trustworthy, and successful lawyers in each state or region. Inclusion in the Super Lawyers® list is very limited. Only about 5% of all attorneys in each state are selected for the list, and only 2.5% are selected for the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ list.
In order to be named in the Super Lawyers® list, candidates must go through an intensive 4-step process:
- Nomination by peers, third-party feedback, clients, or the Super Lawyers® research team
- Independent research and evaluation
- Peer reviews by members of the Blue Ribbon Panel
- Final selection
Candidates will be evaluated based on 12 factors. These factors include their verdicts and settlements, position within the law firm, honors and awards, representative clients, education and employment background, bar and professional activity, transactions, scholarly lectures or writings, years of experience, special licenses and certifications, and other exceptional achievements. Only attorneys who display the highest level of professional excellence, commitment to client satisfaction, and successful case results will be considered for the Super Lawyers® list. Those who are under the age of 40 or who have been in practice for less than 10 years will be named in the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ list.
